Creating Test Locations | SureTrend 4

  1. Purpose of Locations
    • Locations refer to contact surfaces that may pose a contamination risk if not cleaned properly.
    • These are often critical control points in a HACCP plan.
    • Hygiena offers resources for identifying these locations.
  2. Adding Test Locations in SureTrend®
    • Navigate to the Units tab.
    • Click the plus sign in the Locations pane to add a new location.
    • Enter a Location Name (up to 20 characters for Hygiena luminometers).
    • Complete other fields as needed and press Enter.
    • Some models (Ensure® & SystemSURE) display upper/lower limits for tracking and reporting.
  3. Modifying and Organizing Locations
    • Edit fields by clicking twice on them.
    • Rearrange locations by clicking, holding, and dragging rows.
    • Sort/filter columns alphabetically or by other criteria.
    • Click Save to finalize the location order.
  4. Removing Locations
    • Select the location and click the minus sign to delete it.
    • Sync your unit after making changes to ensure updates are saved.
