The foodproof Enterobacteriaceae plus Cronobacter Detection Kit is a validated real-time PCR solution for detecting Enterobacteriaceae and Cronobacter spp. in food and environmental samples. This MicroVal-certified kit provides reliable results for infant formula, infant cereals, probiotic products, ingredients, and environmental samples. With a detection limit of 1-10 cells per 25/100g sample and the ability to detect down to 103-104 CFU/mL after enrichment, it offers sensitive and specific detection using FAM, VIC/HEX, and ROX/Texas Red channels. The kit includes internal controls and prevents carry-over contamination through UNG technology.
