The foodproof Salmonella Detection Kit is a real-time PCR assay for detecting Salmonella DNA in food and environmental samples. This AOAC-validated and MicroVal-certified solution delivers reliable results with a detection limit of 1-10 cells per 25g sample and detects 10³-10⁴ CFU/mL in enrichment cultures. Compatible with major real-time PCR platforms, the kit is validated for a wide range of matrices including meat, dairy, cocoa products, spices, and environmental samples.
