Syncing Your Unit | SureTrend 4

This instructional video from Hygiena^®'s SureTrend^® series guides food and beverage processors on how to sync their unit with the SureTrend software.

Steps to Sync the Unit:

1. Ensure^® Setup is Complete – Add units, users, locations, and plans in SureTrend.
2. Connect the Unit – Plug it into the data port and turn it on.
3. Sync the Data – Go to the Sync tab in SureTrend and click "Sync".
   • The process may take several minutes depending on data size.
   • Keep the meter connected and SureTrend running during syncing.
4. Completion & Testing – After syncing:
   • A notification confirms completion.
   • Disconnect, restart the meter, and begin testing.
   • The meter now displays users, locations, and plans.
