The foodproof Campylobacter Quantification Kit is a real-time PCR system for detecting and quantifying thermotolerant Campylobacter species in food samples. This comprehensive assay enables simultaneous detection of C. jejuni, C. coli, C. lari, and C. upsaliensis, with specific identification of C. jejuni and C. coli. The kit provides reliable quantification down to 10³ CFU/mL in rinse samples and detects as low as 1-10 cells per 25g of food sample. With internal controls and UNG contamination prevention, this 96-reaction kit delivers accurate results for food safety testing professionals.
