foodproof® Clostridium Quantification LyoKit

The foodproof® Clostridium Quantification LyoKit was designed for the quantification of Clostridium spp. The assay is based on the ISO/TS 17919 (Detection of neurotoxin-producing Clostridia) and can be used to validate the process of C. botulinum detection with non-pathogenic Clostridia like C. butyricum as external controls. Additionally, the LyoKit can be used to screen for all food-relevant Clostridia, e.g. C. perfringens.
