foodproof® Cronobacter Detection LyoKit

The foodproof Cronobacter Detection LyoKit is a real-time PCR test for detecting Cronobacter spp. in food and environmental samples. This lyophilized PCR kit provides reliable detection using FAM and VIC/Yakima Yellow fluorescence channels, with built-in Internal Control for result validation. Featuring UNG technology to prevent carry-over contamination, the kit enables testing of up to 94 samples per run. MicroVal-validated through ISO 16140, it's particularly suited for infant formula and special medical purpose formula testing where Cronobacter detection is critical for compliance with EC 2073/2005.
