The foodproof Listeria monocytogenes Detection Kit is a real-time PCR assay designed for accurate detection of Listeria monocytogenes DNA in food and environmental samples. This AOAC-validated kit delivers reliable results with a detection limit of 1-10 cells per 25g sample and detects down to 10³-10⁴ CFU/mL in enrichment cultures, and was tested with 102 L. monocytogenes isolates showing 100% inclusivity. Compatible with major real-time PCR platforms, this 96-reaction kit helps food manufacturers maintain safety compliance.
