The foodproof Spoilage Yeast Detection 1 LyoKit enables rapid detection and quantification of major beverage spoilage yeasts including Dekkera/Brettanomyces, Zygosaccharomyces, and Saccharomyces species using real-time PCR technology. This ready-to-use kit detects down to 102 CFU/mL from enrichment cultures and features multiplexed analysis with FAM, VIC/HEX, ROX, and Cy5 detection channels for simultaneous identification of different genera. Designed for food and beverage testing laboratories, the kit includes internal controls and prevents carryover contamination through UNG technology.
