The Color Compensation Set 5 is designed for creating color compensation objects for the LightCycler® 480 System, enabling accurate multicolor experiments in molecular testing. This essential calibration tool supports various foodproof® detection kits for pathogens like Yersinia enterocolitica, Vibrio, Salmonella, and Cronobacter, as well as spoilage yeasts and Aspergillus. Each set provides materials for 5 calibration runs using four different fluorophores (FAM, HEX, ROX, and Cy5), ensuring precise detection across multiple channels.
