BAX® Q7: Applying SalQuant® to a bax File in SureTrend®

This video demonstrates how to apply SalQuant to a .bax file in SureTrend Cloud.

1. Accessing SureTrend Cloud – Go to the Hygiena^® website, click on SureTrend^® Login in the top ribbon, and sign in.
2. Uploading the File – Navigate to the Quant tab, click Upload Files, select the .bax file, and upload it.
3. Applying the Matrix –
   • Click View All Racks, select the uploaded file, and choose wells individually or use Select All.
   • Select the appropriate matrix (e.g., Poultry → Ground Chicken 1 to 4).
4. Analyzing the File – Click the Analyze button in the top-right menu.
5. Viewing Results – Scroll down to see a graph and a table displaying quant results (e.g., Well 6 has a CFU of 5.34).
