BAX® Q7: How to View and Export Logs
The video demonstrates how to view and export log files for troubleshooting with diagnostic support.
- Accessing Logs:
- Navigate to the Diagnostics tab.
- Click View Log File to open a dialog box with log data for the instrument.
- Filtering Logs:
- Select logs from the previous month (or previous three months if requested).
- Use the "Only show items since" box to set the date range (e.g., from October 6, 2023, to November 6, 2023).
- Click Search to display the filtered logs.
- Exporting & Sending Logs:
- Click Save to File, choose a save location, and confirm.
- Email the log file to diagnostics.support@hygiena.com, including your case number.
