BAX® Q7: How to Generate Logs for Support in Version 5
This video explains how to generate and send log files for diagnostic support.
- Navigate to the Diagnostics tab (top left of the screen).
- Select "Generate Log for Support."
- A dialog box will appear—click the three dots to choose a save location for the zipped log file.
- Confirm the file path and click "OK."
- A success message will confirm the zip file was created.
- Locate the zipped folder in File Explorer, which contains multiple log files.
- Important: When sending logs to diagnostics.support@hygiena.com, attach the entire zipped folder, not individual log files.
