BAX® Q7: How to Generate Logs for Support in Version 5

This video explains how to generate and send log files for diagnostic support.

  1. Navigate to the Diagnostics tab (top left of the screen).
  2. Select "Generate Log for Support."
  3. A dialog box will appear—click the three dots to choose a save location for the zipped log file.
  4. Confirm the file path and click "OK."
  5. A success message will confirm the zip file was created.
  6. Locate the zipped folder in File Explorer, which contains multiple log files.
  7. Important: When sending logs to diagnostics.support@hygiena.com, attach the entire zipped folder, not individual log files.
