The foodproof Clostridium botulinum Detection LyoKit offers reliable real-time PCR detection of botulinum neurotoxin-producing Clostridium strains, including C. botulinum, C. baratii, and C. butyricum. This lyophilized PCR kit specifically detects neurotoxin types A, B, E, and F in enrichment cultures from food samples. With integrated Internal Control and UNG contamination prevention, the kit delivers accurate results for up to 94 samples per run. Designed for food safety testing laboratories, it enables both detection and differentiation of toxin types through melting curve analysis.
