The foodproof StarPrep One 8-Strip Kit enables rapid DNA extraction from gram-negative bacteria like Salmonella and Cronobacter for direct PCR analysis. Process up to 96 samples in parallel with this high-throughput solution that handles enrichment cultures up to 100 μL. The single-tube DNA preparation eliminates hazardous organic extractions and minimizes cross-contamination risks. Four optimized protocols support different sample types and applications, including a live/dead differentiation option for testing with high background flora.
